After a poor experience with a different dealership that left a problem unresolved, I spoke with Stephannie and knew right away, this would be a different experience. Stephannie asked very insightful questions to understand the issues I was have and ensure my car was put in front of the correct technician. My problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed right the first time. I believe that was due to Stephannie and how she listened with intention and heard what I had to say. She knows how to get results and is someone I trust. I will happily reach out to her in the future!

All was handled expeditiously. Thank you for Matt Klake not displaying his annoying laughter. Please have Ms. Krim removed the very childish and un-Cadillac toys from her computer. You have a reputation to up-hold and the toys are not becoming. Grow up.
